These terms apply to every purchase from Founder Files. They are written in plain language and are not legal advice.
Digital products
Everything we sell is a digital file delivered by download. Nothing is shipped physically.
Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details. Orders are only completed, and downloads only unlocked, once PayPal confirms the payment.
Refunds
Because files are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a file is faulty or does not match its description, contact us and we will fix or refund it.
Acceptable use
Your purchase includes a single-business license. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the source files. See the license page for details.
No professional advice
Founder Files sells editable document templates as informational business tools. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and no template is guaranteed to be valid, enforceable or compliant in any particular jurisdiction. Laws differ by country, state and industry, and they change. Review and adapt every document with a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction before relying on it.
Liability
Our products are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
